1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I love exploring new places! Travel within 30km of Mt Eden, Auckland is included. Beyond that, travel is charged at $0.80 per km (round trip beyond the included 30km radius), and Waiheke Island is the ferry fare at cost. Send me your location and I’ll happily calculate it for you.


2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Absolutely! I love helping you choose a location, outfits, and ideas that feel like you. Your Enchanted Evening session includes props such as heart-shaped glasses and a picnic set-up, plus an optional outfit change with a pop-up changing room.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Plans can change, and I understand! Rescheduling is available at zero extra fee, so just let me know as early as you can and I’ll happily help you find a new date that works. Your 20% booking retainer secures your date and is retained if a booking is cancelled.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Paper Rings specialises in beautiful online digital galleries. Every collection includes a private gallery of professionally edited images, with digital downloads to enjoy and share anywhere: 60, 120, or 300 for weddings depending on your collection. Additional downloads are $18 each, or 10 for $150.

What should we wear?

Soft solids, neutrals, pastels, and earthy tones photograph beautifully, and simple styles let you shine. For maternity, flowing or form-fitting dresses are lovely, and gowns, wraps, and props are available. I’m happy to help you choose outfits that feel like you.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! Share your favourite ideas, must-have moments, and inspiration, and I’ll weave them in. I also guide you gently into flattering light and natural movement, so you feel relaxed and comfortable.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, I’d love to chat first! We can connect by message or phone to talk through your ideas, outfits, and location, so you feel excited and ready.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Wedding galleries are delivered within 8 weeks, with sneak peeks arriving sooner. All other sessions are delivered within 4 weeks. Your private gallery stays online for 2 weeks, so I recommend downloading and backing up your images promptly.
